Dr. Britton Hollis
Originally from Ohio, Dr. Hollis graduated from Miami University and The Ohio State University College of Dentistry. Dr. Hollis has moved closer to Boston after living on the Cape for the nine years (click the button above to learn more). While in New England, Dr. Hollis has spent his time in private practice and as a part time clinical instructor at Harvard School of Dental Medicine.
Dr. Hollis believes in a personalized approach and a patient centered practice. Dr. Hollis spends a lot of time outside of the office continuing his education to help advance the quest of excellence. He enjoys incorporating the latest proven technology and materials into his practice of dentistry.
He has spent the last six years lecturing to others in the dental profession about technology such as digital dentistry, CAD/CAM dentistry, and single visit crowns.

Dr. Hollis, his wife, and two boys (15 & 12) enjoy most sports, going to the beach, and skiing. They are avid Ohio State fans and have enjoyed watching all the great New England teams! Dr. Hollis enjoys spending time with his family on the ski slopes, sports fields, and in the South Shore Community. He also enjoys coaching his two sons in youth soccer and baseball.
Dr. Christopher Magalhaes
Dr. Magalhaes was born and raised in southeastern Massachusetts. After earning a Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health from UMass Amherst, he attended the University of New England College of Dental Medicine in Portland Maine.
While in dental school, Dr. Magalhaes solidified his passion for public health and service, providing dental care to underserved communities in rural towns of New Hampshire, Vermont, and Maine. He returned to southern New England, practicing in Rhode Island before moving back to the South Shore to be closer to family after the birth of his first child.
Dr. Magalhaes is excited to have the opportunity to lead Kingston Bay Dentistry, formerly Hollis Dentistry. He shares Dr. Hollis’ passion for modern dentistry, materials, and techniques, and is always focusing on providing the best care for his patients.

Dr. Magalhaes lives on the South Shore with his wife, daughters, and two golden retrievers. Outside of the office, he spends his time on the beach with his family, is an avid sports fan, and has the same passion for cooking as he has for dentistry! You can often find Dr. Magalhaes and his wife enjoying South Shore coffee shops and restaurants.
