Dr. Giaccone
Dr. Giaccone originally studied biochemistry, intending to pursue research, but realized he wanted a career where he could make a direct impact on patients. Dentistry offered the perfect mix of science, problem-solving, and hands-on care. His grandmother first planted the idea, noticing how meticulous he was about oral hygiene and encouraging him to consider the profession.
He graduated from the University of Connecticut School of Dental Medicine in 2021, completed a one-year general practice residency at the University of Utah, and pursued advanced specialty training in prosthodontics at the Manhattan VA Hospital. He has been practicing dentistry since 2021, with focused expertise in comprehensive restorative and prosthetic care.
As a surgically trained prosthodontist, Dr. Giaccone restores smiles with veneers, crowns, bridges, and implants, helping patients regain comfort, confidence, and optimal oral function. He treats the whole patient, designing plans that consider both bite and smile, whether for small fixes or full-mouth rehabilitations.
Dr. Giaccone loves seeing the difference dental care makes in people’s lives. He has lectured at the Annual Veterans Affairs National Continuing Education Symposium (June 2025) and Tarnow Alumni Day (December 2024), and received awards including the Hanau Best of the Best Prosthodontic Award (2021) and the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons Dental Implant Student Award (2021).
